The client agrees that in purchasing products and/or sessions with AndiAndrea, the customer is entitled to the services described in the purchased package including the amount of outfits, makeup/hair service, creative service, products, and photos. A $100 USD reservation fee is required to schedule a portrait session. You will be sent a tentative date, and upon receiving your retainer, your session will be confirmed. The session retainer fee is non-refundable, and non-transferable to another person. If a scheduled session is missed without prior notice to AndiAndrea, the client must pay the $100 USD reservation fee again in order to schedule a new session. AndiAndrea retains all copyright of all images from all paid sessions under federal copyright protection laws. The client agrees that any images created of Seniors may be used to promote AndiAndrea in the form of social media, advertising, web, print, and other marketing purposes without prior consent or approval by the client. The client understands that I, Andrea Bradley, reserve the right as a professional to make the official selection of images to be edited from the session. By completing any and all purchases with AndiAndrea, the client agrees completely to the Terms and Conditions listed therein. *
