Mau's Philly Cheesesteak:
1.5 LBS of thinly sliced sirloin
1 green bell pepper
1 large onion
6 slices of pepper jack cheese
1/4 stick of butter
Slice the onions.
Heat a pot in medium heat, add the butter and the sliced onions. Sauté the onions until tender.
Meanwhile slice the bell peppers and remove the seeds. When the onions are translucent add the peppers. Sauté until soft. Reserve. Season the meat with salt an pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet and add some oil. Add the meat on the skillet without overcrowding. Cook until desire doneness. They will probably cook well done since they're very thin. Reserve. Add some of the onions and peppers to the skillet. Place a slice of cheese on top and wait for it to melt.
Place the meat on the bun then the cheesy onions and peppers on top.
Serve with french fries.
